We are looking for a skilled SEO Team Leader to develop, monitor, and optimize SEO strategies, oversee performance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online visibility and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for optimizing the company’s website on Google search engine, improving target keyword ranking and natural traffic.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, in-app optimization, out-of-app promotion, and content optimization.
• Regularly monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior data, and output optimization reports and improvement plans.
• Continuously track Google search engine algorithms and industry trends, and flexibly adjust optimization strategies.
• Work closely with content, technology, marketing and other teams to enhance the overall website's search engine friendliness.
• Optimize company websites for Google search engine, focusing on improving keyword rankings and organic traffic.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page link building, and content optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior, and provide optimization reports and actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with content, technical, and marketing teams to enhance overall website SEO performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, e-commerce, computer science or related fields is preferred.
• More than 5 years of Google SEO practical experience, non-China market experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using mainstream SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.
• Good English reading comprehension ability, cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade website or game industry SEO experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independently developing and executing SEO strategies.
