Job summary

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead technical, on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, optimize content, and drive analytics-driven improvements for multiple client accounts.

You will manage time across several projects, tailor strategies per client, and align with business goals to boost organic rankings and website performance. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in SEO, agency experience is a plus, and strong proficiency with industry tools and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Programming or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years of SEO experience with multi-account handling.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).

Job description

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, and SEO analytics. You will also be responsible for managing multiple SEO accounts simultaneously, ensuring tailored strategies for different clients or business units. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and enhance website performance.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent.
• With at least 3+ years of experience in SEO, with expertise in handling multiple accounts or clients.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).

IV. Type of Skills and/or LICENSING/CERTIFICATION Required:

• Must be knowledgeable with the Google workspace.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other website and search performance tools.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, search engine guidelines, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in creating SEO performance dashboards.
