Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments on search quality per guidelines.
• Use evaluation methods to assess daily search quality strategy.
• Analyze user queries, use tools to categorize search requirements and identify issues.
• Provide feedback to improve guidelines, standards, and SOPs.
• Be flexible to work on projects outside core expertise and support related projects.
• Able to work with sensitive content including child exploitation, religion, politics, violence (not frequent).
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
