Responsibilities

Prepare and process purchase orders based on inventory levels and customer demand
Coordinate with suppliers on specifications, quantity, quality, pricing, and delivery
Monitor cold-chain requirements from receiving through storage and delivery
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels, aging, and wastage
Coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams to fulfill customer orders on time
Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers and logistics providers
Monitor deliveries and address delays, shortages, damages, or complaints
Conduct regular inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
Maintain supplier records and monitor performance
Ensure proper documentation of purchases, receiving reports, invoices, and other documents
