Job summary

Questronix Corporation in Manila is seeking a results-oriented Scrum Master with 3–5 years of software development or IT project management experience to guide teams through the Scrum framework. You will enforce Scrum rules, help self-organization, facilitate events, and shield the team from distractions while aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements in banking environments.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in software development or IT project management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Ability to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Good understanding of project management and cross-functional team leadership.
Knowledge of SDLC and banking systems/regulations.
Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP) are desirable.

Responsibilities

Enforce the rules of Scrum and help the team self-organize within the framework.
Facilitate events and make them effective to improve productivity.
Protect the team from internal and external distractions.
Analyze improvement opportunities and facilitate efficiency enhancements.
Collaborate with System Analysts and Business Analysts on requirements refinement.
Communicate trade-offs to balance business needs, costs, and risks.
