Jobtailor in the Philippines seeks a Scrum Master to guide a 25-person website services team in agile practices, backlog management, and effective collaboration. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward higher velocity and quality.

You will work with remote stakeholders, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to track progress and drive continuous improvement in SEO, content editing, and web services delivery.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience as a Scrum Master for a web development project or in an agile environment, including leading expert and remote teams.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Ability to build strong relationships across multiple reporting lines and levels.
Strong interpersonal collaboration skills.
Project management skills.

Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Coach and support an Agile team of 25 website service specialists

Assist with backlog maintenance, User Story writing, and Acceptance Test development

Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects and bugs
Support backlog sizing, sprint story selection, task definition, and team commitments
Develop and maintain team standards, tools, and best practices
Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution and improve team dynamics

Support use of Jira and Confluence for backlogs, requirements, documentation, velocity, burn-up, and progress

Requirements

1-2 years experience as a Scrum Master for a web development project or in an agile development environment, including managing expert teams and remote teams
