Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Scrum Master to coach the Scrum team and ensure timely delivery of all Scrum activities. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to prioritise the product backlog for upcoming sprints and drive continuous improvement across sprint ceremonies.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Defining and organising Scrum roles
• Sprint planning
• Daily scrum/ standups
• Sprint reviews
• Sprint retrospectives
