Job summary

Aon plc in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to coach the team and ensure all Scrum events are completed on time. You will foster an agile environment, remove impediments, and help the team improve their processes.

Defining Scrum roles, planning sprints, running daily scrums, and conducting reviews and retrospectives are core responsibilities. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to prioritize the backlog for upcoming sprints.

The Scrum Master acts as a coach to the members of the Scrum and ensures all scrum based activities are completely in a timely manner.
