Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp in the Philippines seeks a skilled scriptwriter to craft AI-generated short dramas for digital platforms. You will shape stories with strong structure, memorable characters, and engaging dialogue, ensuring alignment with audience expectations and brand goals.

You will develop outlines, episodes, and hooks, while collaborating with QA, production, and social media teams to refine and polish narratives. Experience with gaming themes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Literature, Media, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in scriptwriting, short drama, film/TV, gaming, or digital media.
• Strong storytelling, dialogue writing, and script structure skills.
• Familiar with short-form content and audience engagement.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience writing short dramas or web series.
• Gaming industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Write original scripts for AI-generated short dramas.

• Create compelling hooks, cliffhangers, and emotional moments to maximize audience retention.
• Integrate gaming themes and product features naturally into storylines.

• Work closely with the Creative Quality Manager, AI Production, Content, and Social Media teams.
• Research market trends and continuously improve storytelling quality.
