Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a SCM Operations and Performance Manager in the Philippines to oversee end-to-end 3PL warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and cost optimization across the Belo supply chain.

This role serves as the primary liaison with Belo's 3PL partners and leads the design and monitoring of a performance management framework, delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights, and executive-level dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• 2–3 years managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail supply chain experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound deliveries.
• Ensure logistics partners meet service levels, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and logistics costs; review 3PL billing and reports.
• Manage logistics activities such as clinic deliveries, inter-branch transfers, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards and scorecards covering inventory health, fulfillment, forecast accuracy, and logistics performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Finance, Clinic Operations, and 3PL providers for smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement.

Job Summary

The SCM Operations and Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across the Belo supply chain.

This role serves as the primary point of contact between Belo Supply Chain Management and all 3PL partners. In addition, the position is responsible for designing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Supply Chain performance management framework by providing accurate reporting, actionable insights, and executive-level dashboards that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound deliveries.
• Ensure logistics partners consistently meet agreed service levels, operational KPIs, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and logistics costs while reviewing 3PL billing and operational reports.
• Manage logistics activities such as clinic deliveries, inter-branch transfers, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards and scorecards covering inventory health, stock availability, fulfillment, forecast accuracy, and logistics performance.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Finance, Clinic Operations, and 3PL providers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, enhance service levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail supply chain environments is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD are an advantage.
