Job summary

SGS Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Proposals Coordinator to support lab testing bids for USP, EP and JP compendial work. You will coordinate with clients and the laboratory to prepare quotes and manage RFPs in CRM and PandaDoc, ensuring timely submissions.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in a scientific field, 1 year in customer service, 2 years’ pharma lab testing with cGMP, strong English (C1), and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Microbiology or related).
• 1 year minimum in customer service.
• 2 years minimum in pharma laboratory testing and cGMP experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication (C1).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Experience with Salesforce/PandaDoc is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scope work for proposals and quotes for USP/EP/JP testing; maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate between clients and laboratory teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Prepare proposals and ensure quote reviews/approvals are followed; track client feedback and cost updates.
• Support GMP, GLP and ISO standards compliance and SGS policies.
