Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a dedicated staff member to provide teaching and learning support to teachers, label and record science materials, and maintain lab readiness for lessons.

You will ensure equipment is in good working condition, manage stock and waste disposal, support science competitions and safety briefings, and assist in daily admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec (ITE) in Science or related field, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and analytical skills.
• First aid certification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching and learning support to teachers.
• Label and keep records of Science teaching/learning materials and lab resources.
• Pack and organise Science Rooms; ensure cleanliness and readiness for lessons.
• Ensure lab equipment, materials, and specimens are in good working condition; conduct yearly stock-take and maintain stock book.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Ensure safety of students in Science Rooms; report incidents and maintain incident log book.
• Check first aid box is updated and safety devices are working.
• Provide admin/logistical support for Science competitions, assessments, and programmes.
• Assist in carrying out safety briefings.
• Any other duties assigned by the School.

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
