Job summary

IFF is seeking a passionate fragrance professional based in Manila, Philippines, for an onsite role. You will collaborate with customers and distributors to translate briefs into compelling fragrance solutions and drive growth with strategic scent direction.

You’ll coordinate samples and feedback, prepare engaging fragrance presentations, and support digital tools for fragrance selection. Fresh graduates may join via a trainee pathway, with evolving development in olfactive and application

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Fragrance, or Cosmetic Science.
• At least 1 year of fragrance industry experience; fresh graduates may be considered for trainee pathway.
• Strong olfactive expertise and ability to translate briefs into fragrance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive scent solutions growth by partnering with customers and distributors to meet product and commercial needs.
• Translate briefs into fragrance recommendations based on application, direction, performance and price.
• Coordinate samples, submissions and feedback with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare fragrance presentations, demonstrations and workshops to communicate trends and benefits.
• Support customers in using digital tools for fragrance selection and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and support pricing, sales and cost-to-serve objectives.
• Capture insights and maintain accurate project records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, fragrance specialists and Customer Service to resolve issues.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Drive Scent Solutions growth by partnering with customers and distributors to deliver fragrance solutions that meet product, consumer, and commercial needs.
• Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations based on application, olfactive direction, performance and price.
• Coordinate samples, submissions and customer feedback with internal teams to ensure timely delivery from brief to order.
• Prepare fragrance presentations, demonstrations and workshops to communicate relevant trends and product benefits.
• Support customers and distributors in using digital, self-service and AI tools for fragrance selection and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and support pricing, sales, margin and cost-to-serve objectives with relevant teams.
• Capture customer, competitor and application insights while maintaining accurate project and opportunity records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, fragrance specialists and Customer Service to resolve issues and strengthen customer support.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Fragrance, Cosmetic Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of fragrance industry and evaluation experience. Fresh graduates may be considered for the trainee pathway.
• Excellent olfactive expertise (selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test).
• Demonstrate customer focus, organisation, initiative, commercial awareness, digital confidence, and a willingness to develop olfactive and application knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
