Job summary

CKI BUILDERS & ENGINEERING SERVICES is seeking a qualified Scaffolder to support construction sites with erection, installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding. You will ensure stability, level, and secure assembly according to plans and safety standards.

This role requires inspecting components for damage, reporting unsafe conditions, and maintaining PPE and site procedures. You will collaborate with the Scaffolding Inspector and site team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a scaffolder on construction sites is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper scaffolding erection and dismantling procedures.
• Familiar with basic construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Erect, install, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely.
• Assemble scaffolding frames, braces, platforms, ladders, and guardrails.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, stable, and level.
• Inspect components for damage before use and report unsafe conditions.
• Follow approved scaffolding plans, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain and organize scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Scaffolding Inspector, Safety Officer, and site team.
• Perform other scaffolding-related tasks as assigned.
