Job summary

R.D. Pabustan Builders is seeking a skilled Scaffolding Installer to join our construction team. You will be responsible for the safe assembly, installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems at construction sites in Metro Manila.

The role requires TESDA Scaffolding NC II certification, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to safety. You will collaborate with supervisors and peers to complete tasks efficiently and safely on site.

Qualifications

• TESDA Scaffolding NC II certification is required.
• Experience as scaffolding installer or scaffolder is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install scaffolding structures according to plans, specs and safety procedures.
• Inspect scaffolding components before installation and report damaged materials.
• Ensure scaffolding is secured, leveled, braced and stable.
• Modify and adjust scaffolding as required by construction activities.
• Safely dismantle scaffolding upon completion of work.
• Use hand tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, and working-at-height procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of scaffolding materials and work areas.

About you

• Must have TESDA Scaffolding NC II certification
• Previous experience as a scaffolding installer or scaffolder is preferred
• Knowledge of proper scaffolding assembly, bracing, and dismantling procedures
• Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous construction work
• Comfortable working at heights
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
