Work closely with clients and project teams to understand requirements, prepare accurate quotations, and assist with scaffolding layouts/designs and detailed CAD drawings using iScaf, AutoCAD or similar software.
Salary Range: 35,000 - 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm PHT
Responsibilities:
- Prepare scaffolding designs, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed engineering drawings for scaffolding projects.
- Use iScaf or other relevant scaffolding design software to develop and modify scaffolding designs.
- Ensure designs and quotations comply with relevant Australian standards and project specifications.
- Liaise with clients and project teams to clarify scope, measurements, and technical requirements.
- Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings to determine scaffolding requirements, dimensions, and technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate project records, estimates, drawings, and quotation documentation.
- Assist with take-offs and material scheduling for scaffolding projects.
- Ensure quotations are prepared accurately and within required deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in scaffolding estimating, scaffolding drafting, construction estimating, or a similar role.
- Strong experience using AutoCAD, iScaf, or other relevant CAD/scaffolding design software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Experience with quantity take-offs, material calculations, and preparing quotations.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and scaffolding requirements is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, communication, and ability to work within deadlines.
