Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a scaffolding designer/estimator to prepare accurate quotations and develop scaffolding layouts using iScaf and AutoCAD.

You will liaise with clients and project teams to clarify scope, review drawings, perform take-offs, ensure compliance with Australian standards, and manage quotation documentation while onsite. Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am-3pm PHT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of scaffolding estimating or drafting experience.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD and iScaf; ability to read architectural/structural drawings.
• Experience with quantity take-offs and preparing quotations.
• Knowledge of Australian scaffolding standards is highly preferred.

Job description

Work closely with clients and project teams to understand requirements, prepare accurate quotations, and assist with scaffolding layouts/designs and detailed CAD drawings using iScaf, AutoCAD or similar software.

Salary Range: 35,000 - 40,000

Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm PHT

Responsibilities:

• Prepare scaffolding designs, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed engineering drawings for scaffolding projects.
• Use iScaf or other relevant scaffolding design software to develop and modify scaffolding designs.
• Ensure designs and quotations comply with relevant Australian standards and project specifications.

• Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings to determine scaffolding requirements, dimensions, and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate project records, estimates, drawings, and quotation documentation.
• Assist with take-offs and material scheduling for scaffolding projects.
• Ensure quotations are prepared accurately and within required deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in scaffolding estimating, scaffolding drafting, construction estimating, or a similar role.
• Strong experience using AutoCAD, iScaf, or other relevant CAD/scaffolding design software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Experience with quantity take-offs, material calculations, and preparing quotations.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and scaffolding requirements is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, communication, and ability to work within deadlines.
