Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Scaffolder to assemble and dismantle scaffolding safely on construction sites in Metro Manila. You will read blueprints, choose appropriate systems, and ensure all components meet safety requirements.

The role requires physical endurance, the ability to work at heights, and adherence to safety policies. NC2 certification or equivalent education is preferred, with collaboration across site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scaffolder or similar role.
• Certification in scaffolding (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; NC2 Certificate.
• Knowledge of different scaffolding systems and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine scaffold layout.
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear.
• Ensure all scaffolding complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Coordinate with site managers and other construction workers.
• Maintain and store scaffolding equipment properly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures using appropriate methods.
• Install guardrails, toe boards, and other safety features.
