Job summary

The Queen City Food Chain, Inc. (Dunkin Donuts-Cebu) is seeking a Product Head to drive savory and bakery product development from concept through launch, focusing on quality, profitability, and availability. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Training, and IT to ensure successful execution.

You will monitor performance, conduct market analysis, and lead launches, pricing, promotions, and in-store merchandising while upholding brand standards and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience in consumer insights and Excel-based data analysis.
• Ability to brief agencies and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end development of savory and bakery products from concept to launch, ensuring quality, profitability, and availability.
• Collaborates with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Training, and IT for seamless product execution.
• Monitors category performance, sales, profitability, market share, and raw material movement to identify growth opportunities.
• Conducts market, competitive, and consumer analysis to support innovation and product strategy.
• Plans and executes product launches, pricing strategies, promotions, and in-store merchandising.
• Implements inventory optimization and depletion programs to reduce waste and prevent shortages.
• Acts as Brand Guardian by ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
• Leads product communication, advertising campaigns, and photoshoots in alignment with brand standards.
• Conceptualizes and executes sustaining product promotions to drive category growth and brand awareness.
• Coordinates with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers and manages related administrative and financial tasks.
