Job summary

EY in the Philippines seeks a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence to join our Strategy and Transactions team. You will provide analytical insights for mergers and acquisitions and assist clients in navigating the transaction process, delivering clear, data-driven assessments.

Responsibilities include conducting due diligence across sectors, preparing detailed reports, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial due diligence.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
