Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to reinforce warehouse and transportation activities. You will handle service reports, data consolidation, and order tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across P&G accounts.

Applicants should have 1-2 years in warehouse or transport, proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with SAP or WMS, and a readiness to work in a 24/7 shift. This role offers exposure to premium contract logistics operations.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in Warehouse Operation and/or Transportation
Basic knowledge on Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures
Effective compliance to instructions
Keen attention to details
Familiar with shifting operations on a 24/7 mode
Highly proficient in MS Excel; experience in SAP and WMS is a plus

Responsibilities

DHL Spoc for Service reports needed by CTLM P&G CTLM/ KAM
Value Fill Rate Reports Consolidation of P&G Customers
Ensure P&G Service Score Availability of customer on Weekly/Monthly/Historical data reference
Consolidate P&G Customers Unserved Issues/ Top Cuts per reason
Downloading Customer Invoice
Customer Daily Shipments + Orders Tracking
Provide Customer Pending Shipments
Consolidation and Manual PO encoding summary and LEAP report/ Advance Cuts
Customer Order Processing
Running of Customer ACV Summary/PTD and Inventory Reservation
Total Monthly Shipments (GIV/ASEAN)
Creation of RMA
Uploading Customers SKU request for Inventory Reservation
Direct connect with P&G CTLM / KAM and customer to discuss and close action steps pertaining to above scope of work
