Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP VIM experience.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText/VIM.
• Experience with VIM configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience in problem-solving, analysis, and solution design/build.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 3-5 years of hands-on VIM experience.
• Experience with SAP integration and related SAP modules.
• Experience in VIM implementation or enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain OpenText VIM for SAP solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into VIM functional and technical solutions.
• Design, build, test, and implement VIM processes and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot VIM issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Support invoice processing, approval workflows, and exception handling.
• Work with SAP teams to ensure proper integration between VIM and SAP modules.
• Perform system testing, issue resolution, and production support.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to improve invoice management processes.
