Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking an SAP administrator to join our IT team in the Philippines. You will manage user access, roles, and master data to keep SAP running smoothly and securely.

You will support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and approved changes while ensuring proper controls and documentation. Collaboration with business units will drive process improvements and better reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in SAP administration or ERP support.
• Hands-on SAP user administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP processes, master data, and change management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• SAP certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP user accounts, roles, and access rights per policies.
• Provide end-user SAP support, coordinating with internal IT and vendors.
• Manage SAP master data for accuracy and integrity.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and changes.
• Monitor access controls, segregation of duties, and compliance.
• Prepare SAP reports, documentation, and audits.
• Collaborate with business units to identify process improvements.
• Ensure timely incident resolution and accurate change logs.
