Job summary

Rolling Arrays in the Philippines seeks an experienced HRTech consultant to lead strategic solution design across multi-module HRIS engagements and guide clients through HRTech transformation and cross-system integration.

You will partner with CHROs and C-Suite stakeholders, own pre-sales and delivery governance, develop delivery frameworks, mentor consultants, and drive competency standards to ensure large-scale programs succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
10+ years in HRTech consulting.
Multi-module HRIS expertise with pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking.
Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification required.

Role Summary:

Provides strategic solution leadership across complex multi-module HRIS engagements, guiding clients on HRTech transformation and cross- system integration design. Carries competency leadership accountability for the practice area.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules. Define integration architecture and advise on HRTech ecosystem alignment
Strategic Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders. Guide clients through HR process re-engineering and technology adoption
Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals. Represent RA's delivery capability in key client conversations and RFP responses
Delivery Governance: Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs. Resolve critical project issues in partnership with senior stakeholders
Capability Building & People Leadership:
Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and methodologies for the practice. Mentor Lead Consultants and drive internal knowledge sharing. Define competency standards and learning pathways for the consulting practice
