Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking an SAP SD/CX Consultant to provide business, functional and technical support for SAP Sales and CX solutions across SD, CRM, CX and related areas. The role involves gathering requirements, assessing gaps, and proposing effective technology-driven solutions.

You will lead testing efforts, address defects, and collaborate with clients. Travel may be required for onshore workshops and training sessions with customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in SAP Sales and CX as a functional/technical consultant.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of dependencies and integration with other SAP areas.
• Ready to travel out of the country for possible onshore responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, functional and technical support on SAP Sales and CX solutions.
• Gather requirements and assess gaps in current business processes and configurations.
• Provide technology consulting expertise to develop alternatives and recommendations to address gaps.
• Develop solutions for SAP Sales and CX requirements.
• Lead testing and defect resolution of implemented SAP Sales and CX solutions.
• May be required to travel out of the country to drive workshops and training sessions with clients.
