Job summary
JBT Marel in Madrid or the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Application Consultant SAP SD/CS to drive strategic SAP transformation across Sales and Service processes. You will combine deep SAP functional expertise with strong delivery capabilities to shape the global SAP landscape and enable CAPEX initiatives.
You’ll act as the functional lead, guiding design and implementation, coordinating with SAP consultants and partners, and ensuring adoption of new capabilities across regional and global
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years SAP SD/CS experience, or Master's with 4+ years.
- Strong SAP SD and Customer Service functional expertise.
- Experience delivering SAP projects in global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for SAP SD/CS within CAPEX and transformation projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Lead functional design activities across Sales, Customer Service, and related business processes.
- Provide expertise throughout project lifecycle phases including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, key users, and external implementation partners.
- Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Order-to-Cash and Service Management processes.
