Job summary

GyanSys is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) within SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will configure, maintain, and utilize system tools to create optimized, finite production schedules, manage master data, run heuristics, and resolve capacity bottlenecks while ensuring CIF integration with APO.

The role includes conducting workshops, fit-gap analysis, and writing functional specifications for WRICEF objects to enhance scheduling

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP experience.
• Experience configuring PP/DS in S/4HANA (ePPDS) and master data setup.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job description

GyanSys seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with hands on experience in Production Planning and Detailed scheduling solution. The Consultant will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and utilizing system tools to create optimized, finite production schedules. Key duties include managing master data (products, resources, PDS), running heuristics and optimizer algorithms, handling planning constraints, resolving capacity bottlenecks, and integrating with SAP S/4 HANA

Work Arrangement:

2x a week RTO at Client's location in Mandaluyong. Working hours is 8am - 5PM, Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

• Configure PP/DS in S/4HANA (ePPDS), including Master Data Setup (Product, Location, Resource, Production Data Structure - PDS).
• Execute PP/DS heuristics and optimize production plans for finite capacity, minimizing setup times, and managing constraints.
• Utilize the DS Dashboard for sequencing production, managing alerts, and resolving capacity overloads.
• Ensure synchronization between S/4HANA production execution and PP/DS (Core Interface - CIF for APO).
• Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and write functional specifications (FS) for WRICEF objects.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and propose improvements to reduce lead times and enhance scheduling efficiency.
• Prepare Functional and testing documents.

Qualifications:

• Candidate Profile must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP.
• Graduate Degree in computer science, information Technology, or similar field
• Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent.
