Job summary

GECO Philippines is hiring an experienced SAP SD/LE Consultant to support Order-to-Cash and logistics execution within a dynamic enterprise.

You will provide L2/L3 SAP support for SD, LE, and Retail processes, collaborate with business users and ABAP teams, and drive process improvements across sales and logistics functions.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP SD/LE, SAP ECC or AFS 6.0 SP8, strong OTC knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SD and LE experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP AFS 6.0 SP8.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD, LE, and Retail-related processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP incidents and service requests
• Support Order-to-Cash (OTC), delivery, shipping, and logistics execution processes
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and solution workshops
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and enhancements
• Perform root cause analysis and work with ABAP teams on issue resolution
• Drive process improvements across sales and logistics operations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of SAP SD and LE experience
• Strong L2/L3 SAP application support background
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP AFS 6.0 SP8
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Knowledge of SAP SD, LE, and MM transaction flows
• Experience with ABAP debugging and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• SAP MM experience

• EDI/iDOC troubleshooting experience
• Logistics, warehousing, and supply chain process support experience
• Exposure to distribution center or warehouse operations
