Job summary

GECO Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant (SD/MM) to support critical supply chain, procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment processes. Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Logistics experience focusing on SD and/or MM.
• Strong L2/L3 SAP support experience.

• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Logistics processes (SD/MM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP incidents and service requests.

Location: Alabang (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM to support critical supply chain, procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment processes in a dynamic enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Logistics processes, primarily SAP SD and SAP MM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support configuration, testing, deployments, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for issue resolution.
• Drive process improvements across logistics, procurement, inventory, sales, and distribution operations.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of SAP Logistics experience with strong expertise in SAP SD and/or SAP MM.
• Strong L2/L3 SAP support experience.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Knowledge of sales, procurement, inventory management, delivery, and logistics transaction flows.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and business process support.
• Exposure to integration points between SD, MM, LE, WM/EWM, and related SAP modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP LE, WM, EWM, or TM experience.
• SAP Retail experience.
• EDI/iDOC troubleshooting experience.
• Warehousing, distribution, and supply chain process knowledge.
• Experience supporting logistics execution and distribution center operations.
• Exposure to SAP integrations and middleware technologies.
