Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead and support SAP implementations, rollouts, and production support across GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO modules in a hybrid/remote setup in Mexico (GDL/CDMX).

The role requires 8+ years, 1-2 end-to-end projects, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with Mexico CFDI, PAC integration, and SAT regulations. You will collaborate with MM, SD, ABAP teams to ensure successful integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Minimum of 1-2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA.
• Experience with SAP production support (L2/L3) and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with Mexico CFDI and e-invoicing compliance.
• Experience with PAC integration and SAT regulations.
• LATAM localization knowledge, particularly Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and production support activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and SAP CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Provide L2/L3 production support by resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and ABAP teams for integrations and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Handle electronic invoicing, PAC integration, SAT compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Support audits with required documentation and participate in testing (unit/integration/UAT) and deployment.
• Create and maintain functional specs, configuration docs, and user guides.
