Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting experience.
• Expertise in SAP FI and CO functionalities including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA.
• Experience with SAP PS implementation and integration with FI/CO.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Central Finance migrations and support.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and write functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and support SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing).
• Configure and support SAP CO components (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
• Support SAP PS implementations and integration with FI/CO.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementation, migration, and support activities.
• Prepare functional specs, gap analyses, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements and provide guidance to junior consultants.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP FI/CO solutions, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

This role requires strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, SAP Project System (PS), and SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI/CO functional solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Configure and support SAP FI modules, including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Bank Accounting

  • Financial Closing

• Configure and support SAP CO components, including:

  • Cost Center Accounting

  • Profit Center Accounting

  • Internal Orders

  • Product Costing

  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

• Support SAP Project System (PS) implementation and integration with FI/CO.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementation, migration, and support activities.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

• Configure SAP FI/CO based on business requirements and best practices.

• Design and support integrations between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules, including:

  • SAP MM

  • SAP SD

  • SAP PS

  • SAP PP

  • SAP HCM (where applicable)

• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-production support.

• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.

• Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.

• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.

Required Skills

• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation or S/4HANA transformation projects

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting experience

• Expert knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)

• Strong experience configuring:
