Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative SAP S/4HANA Systems Analyst to serve as our primary internal expert and Subject Matter Expert (SME) as we execute our enterprise transformation from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA. This role requires extensive, hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, and a proven track record of training end users on it.
In this role, you will serve as the go‑to functional authority bridging platform capabilities with daily business operations. You will bring hands‑on expertise across both Finance (FI/CO) and Operations (MM, SD, PP/WM) modules. Beyond system configuration and administration, you will take full ownership as the internal SME to document business workflows, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), develop training materials, and conduct practical, role‑based training for our internal teams, walk team members through complex processes, troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues, and build organizational fluency in S/4HANA.
This is an in‑office role (5 days M-F) in our Makati office. The hours for this position are 4:00 am - 1:00 pm PHT
Base Pay Range
The base pay range of this position is ₱169,000 to ₱193,000 per month. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus program with a target bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary, subject to the achievement of individual and Company performance objectives and the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA — with extensive, hands‑on experience specifically in the Public Cloud edition — across both Finance and Operations modules, including system configuration, administration, and integrations.
Demonstrated experience developing training materials and delivering role‑based, hands‑on training to end users.
A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above.
Broad Module Knowledge: Well‑rounded, hands‑on knowledge across the full range of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition modules and scope items (e.g., Finance, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Service) beyond the Finance and Operations lines of business required above.
SAP Business ByDesign Experience: Direct experience with SAP Business ByDesign, particularly in migrating data and workflows from ByDesign to S/4HANA.
Certifications: Official SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance, Sales/Logistics, Procurement, or Technical/Basis tracks, ideally including a Public Cloud/Cloud Edition credential.
Financial/Operations Credentials: CPA, APICS/CSCP, or relevant process improvement credentials.
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise: Extensive, hands‑on experience configuring, supporting, and administering SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition specifically (not solely on‑premise or private cloud).
Subject Matter Expertise: Proven experience acting as an internal SAP expert or functional SME within a growth‑oriented enterprise environment.
S/4HANA Module Breadth: Strong, hands‑on experience configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition across both Finance (FI/CO — GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Operations (Sourcing and Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing/Supply Chain) lines of business, within the Public Cloud edition's standard scope items.
Documentation & Training Leadership: Proven track record developing training materials, clear process instructions, SOPs, and workflow diagrams, along with proven ability to conduct practical, role‑based training for non‑technical end users.
Functional & Operational Problem‑Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a demonstrated ability to walk staff through complex SAP workflows and resolve daily operational friction points.
ERP Transformation Experience: Experience participating in an SAP implementation, migration, or major enterprise upgrade cycle (such as legacy/cloud ERP to S/4HANA).
System Administration & Integration: Practical experience with user/role authorization, transport management, and managing integrations via APIs, IDocs, or middleware tools.
Reporting & Analytics: Hands‑on experience using SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Power BI for operational and financial reporting.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate SAP concepts clearly to team members across all organizational levels.
