Job summary

KMZD GROUP seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead to drive Plan-to-Make, Production Planning, and Quality Management processes across the rollout lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy integrated PP/QM solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Strong functional knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of SAP experience with PP and QM modules.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout exposure.
• Deep understanding of Plan-to-Make (P2M) business processes and manufacturing.
• Experience leading a functional PP/QM workstream through full lifecycle.
• Ability to design, configure, test and deploy PP/QM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA P2M and Production Planning workstreams.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement SAP PP/QM solutions aligned to business needs.
• Configure PP functions: MRP, Demand Management, Production Orders, Capacity, Scheduling, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Master Data.
• Ensure integration of PP with MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and EWM/WM where applicable.
• Lead QM workstream with Quality Planning, Inspection, Certificates, and Usage Decisions.
• Manage PP/QM activities through Fit-to-Standard/Gap workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing for PP/QM.
• Prepare cutover activities and support go-live and stabilization.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA P2M / PP / QM Lead to lead the design, implementation, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA processes covering Plan-to-Make (P2M), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM). The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, SAP functional and technical teams, and project management to ensure that manufacturing and quality processes are effectively designed, configured, tested, integrated, and deployed. The role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM, experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes, and the ability to lead a functional workstream throughout the implementation and rollout lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Make (P2M) and Production Planning workstream

• Analyze and document current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business requirements

• Configure and support SAP PP functionalities, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Management, Production Planning, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, BOM and Routing, Work Centers, and Production Master Data

• Ensure integration of PP with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and EWM/WM, where applicable

• Lead the SAP Quality Management (QM) workstream and design and configure quality processes within SAP S/4HANA

• Manage key QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates, Results Recording, Usage Decisions, and Quality Control and Assurance

• Lead PP/QM activities throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including Fit-to-Standard / Fit-to-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment

• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and integration testing for PP/QM processes

• Prepare and execute cutover activities related to PP and QM, support go-live and post-go-live stabilization

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• 7–10 years of SAP experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM)

• Strong understanding of Plan-to-Make (P2M) business processes

• Proven experience leading an SAP PP/QM functional workstream

• Experience in end-to-end manufacturing processes and strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing execution, and quality management processes

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and Fit-to-Standard approach

• Experience conducting business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

• Strong experience in functional configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and solution design
