Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a seasoned S/4HANA Finance Consultant to design detailed blueprints for S/4HANA development and provide business and functional support across SAP modules. The role focuses on ECC migration and the configuration for SAP S/4HANA conversions.

You will handle areas such as General Accounting, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and Treasury. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SAP ERP Finance and strong integration knowledge with FI/CO modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree is required.
• 2+ years of SAP ERP experience as a Finance functional consultant.
• Demonstrate understanding of end-to-end record-to-report processes.
• Must show integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, etc.).
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA conversions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules migrating from legacy SAP to S/4HANA.
• Assess gaps in current processes and configurations and propose delta design alternatives.
• Develop functional/technical specs for the delta design and tools to support S/4HANA conversion.
• Configure and enable SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution during S/4HANA migrations.

The Work:

As a S/4HANA Finance Consultant , you will be the part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and functional support around SAP modules, particularly for ECC Migration or conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will also be in charge of the configuration and functions for any of the following areas:

• General Accounting
• Controlling
• Product Costing
• Asset Accounting & Project Systems
• Financial Supply Chain Management
• Treasury & Banking
• Business Planning & Consolidation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, particularly for conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
• Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Execute the necessary system configuration to enable to SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP S/4HANA conversions.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
• 2+ Years of Experience in SAP ERP as Finance functional consultant is an advantage
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of record to report
• Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, etc.).
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions
• ECC Practitioners will be given upskilling training, to be job ready for S/4HANA implementations
• Willing to travel for possible onshore requirements
