Job summary

Monitor Deloitte Philippines is seeking a Senior SAP MM Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, focusing on Procure to Pay, inventory and data migration. You will design solutions, configure modules, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value in a hybrid setup.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years in SAP MM, strong documentation skills, and experience in agile delivery within a multinational environment. Makati-based client engagement with twice-weekly onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of applied SAP MM implementation experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA MM full-cycle implementation and P2P processes.
• Strong design, build and configuration skills across SAP modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
• Experience in agile teams and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM/SD integration efforts and participate in solution design.
• Configure procurement, MRP, contracts and purchase orders in SAP.
• Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration for Procurement.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and hyper-care transitions.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to deliver results.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of applied implementation experience in SAP Materials Management
• Experience with S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) full-cycle implementation and configuration, particularly in the Procure to Pay process
• Strong involvement in solution design and build
• Capability to configure and support procurement cycle activities, including MRP, Contracts, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders
• Proficiency in vendor and material master management (business partners, purchase info records, source lists)
• Experience with inventory management (goods receipt, issue, transfers)
• Knowledge of invoice verification and FI-AP integration
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions and produce concise functional documentation
• Familiarity with integration to SAP Sales and Distribution (OTC), Finance, and external systems
• Experience in batch management, job setup, and handling various interfaces
• Skills in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration for Procurement modules
• Hands-on experience in workflow configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting, especially for purchase approvals and invoice processing
• Strong background in testing (unit, integration, UAT support), defect resolution, hyper-care, and transition to AMS
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience working in agile teams
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and support frameworks
