Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced SAP consultant to support SAP SD/OTC and MM/P2P processes with hands-on configuration in SAP S/4HANA. Duties include order management, delivery, billing, procurement, and invoicing across OTC and P2P cycles.

You will analyze business needs, design SAP solutions, train users, and document configurations. EDI knowledge is required; Ariba/Fiori/EWM experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience as SAP SD/OTC and MM/P2P consultant with hands-on configuration.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and integration across SD, MM, and FI; EDI knowledge required.
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools is a plus; able to train end-users.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD/OTC and MM/P2P processes including order management, delivery, billing, procurement, invoicing and payments.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD and MM modules to support order fulfillment and procurement.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions, focusing on logistics, procurement, and financial integration.
• Support design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA functionalities for OTC and P2P cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SD, MM, and FI; EDI knowledge is required.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials; conduct end-user training and ongoing support.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and advise on best practices for continuous improvement.
