Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking experienced SAP and Oracle professionals from Senior Associate to Director levels to join our enterprise technology consulting team in Manila.

You will work on end-to-end SAP and Oracle implementations, drive design, integration, analytics, and data quality initiatives. Successful candidates will bring domain expertise, strong delivery experience across enterprise projects, and the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–10+ years of SAP or Oracle experience depending on level.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one SAP or Oracle specialization.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, preferably 1–3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into tech solutions.
• Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional/global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, comms, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies, integrations, data platforms, or enterprise applications is a plus.
• Relevant SAP or Oracle certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP or Oracle implementations, including requirements, design, config/development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in solution design, prototyping, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment and documentation.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
• Support data migration, integration, reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives.
• Prepare findings, recommendations, dashboards and solution designs for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development.
• At Manager/Director level, support solution architecture, client management, pre-sales, proposal development and account leadership.
