Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Business & Integration consultant within SAP Data Management to design and implement strategies for transforming buying and sourcing processes. You will work on MDG governance, data models, and integration tasks across client environments.

You will lead diagnostic activities, design operating models, and drive change management while collaborating with clients and subject matter experts to deliver value and meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law or Science.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate team activities to meet commitments.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver business transformation projects.
• Run diagnostic and assessment activities with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Lead client engagements such as operating model design and implementation.
• Develop strategies and to-be processes leveraging Accenture assets.
• Manage change management and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with client resources to meet business needs.
• Lead teams through problem definition and work plan development.
