Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. in Taguig is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) Consultant to support an SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion program.

This role requires hands-on SAP HCM PT expertise and prior experience with transformation or S/4HANA conversion projects, working with HR and Payroll stakeholders.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Testing teams, ensuring smooth transition and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP HCM PT experience required.
• Experience supporting SAP HCM transformation or S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Knowledge of ECC-to-S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion is highly relevant.
• Experience working with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities
