Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) Consultant / Business Architect for a hybrid setup. You will support ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion, assess impacts, and ensure stable HR operations during transition.

Responsibilities include analyzing HCM PT landscapes, coordinating testing, remediation of custom developments, and close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Technical, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Testing teams.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON experience with SAP HCM PT (Personnel Time Management).
• Experience supporting SAP HCM migration or Brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong background in SAP HCM business processes and technical integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP IM (Inventory Management) or SAP EWM is a strong plus.

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) Consultant / Business Architect

Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) Consultant / Business Architect to support an upcoming ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion program. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assessment, preparation, conversion, testing, and stabilization of SAP HCM PT processes.

You will analyze the existing SAP HCM/PT landscape, evaluate impacts arising from SAP S/4HANA simplifications, ensure business process continuity, and support the remediation of custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Technical, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Testing teams to execute a seamless transition while minimizing disruptions to daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing ECC SAP HCM PT landscape and assess system impacts from S/4HANA simplifications.
• Support assessment, preparation, conversion, functional testing, and post-go-live stabilization phases of the Brownfield conversion.
• Ensure business process continuity across time management and workforce scheduling workflows.
• Assist in identifying and remediating custom code, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Technical, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Testing teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Primary Skill: Hands-on experience with SAP HCM PT (Personnel Time Management).
• Proven experience supporting SAP HCM migration or Brownfield conversion projects to SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong background in SAP HCM business processes and technical integrations.
• Preferred / Secondary Skills: Familiarity or background with SAP IM (Inventory Management) or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a strong plus.
