Job summary

A leading HR solutions firm is looking for a skilled manager to oversee a large offshore SAP HCM and ABAP delivery team in Manila. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in IT project management and managing sizable teams, coupled with excellent client management and communication skills. The candidate will ensure service commitments are met and work collaboratively in a multi-cultural setting. Strong experience in SAP HCM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in IT project management and/or application maintenance in SAP.
• Experience in managing large teams for at least 5 years.
• Experience in a multi-national, multi-disciplinary, virtual team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large SAP HCM and ABAP offshore delivery team.
• Ensure the offshore delivery team meets outsourced service commitments.
• Resolve issues affecting demand scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources.
