Overview

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
• Knowledge of any process modelling tool is preferred (e.g., ARIS, Visio)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional Specification (FS), coordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or enhancements, preparing Test plans and Test scripts
• Experience in team handling (5-10 FTE) and end-to-end delivery management of small to mid-size projects, mentoring and coaching
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; knowledge of WRICEF objects; able to work on interfaces and enhancements along with test case documents and test plan
• Hands-on knowledge or experience with SAP S/4 and Fiori Apps

Requirements

• Governance, controls, processes and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modelling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management
• Ability to independently configure a Group reporting system including setting up GR Master data, Data Release, Data collection, Net Income rules, Reclassification rules, Validation rules, Currency translation rules, Intercompany Eliminations, and Consolidation of Investments
• Fiori reporting/analysis for office reporting using Group Reporting to generate consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Statement of Cash flow)
• SAP SAC Planning
• Creating complex Advanced formulas and Data Actions in SAC
• Developing both Planning and Analytical Models in SAC

Must Have

• Practical experience of IFRS and GAAP accounting standards and requirements as well as experience with SAP BW, Fiori, Analysis for Office, HANA Studio
• BPC Planning / Consolidation
• US Eliminations and IC Eliminations (ICMR) for Legal Consolidation Process
• B4HANA Objects including Analytic Views, CDS Views, ADSOs, Composite Provider, Transformations, DTPs

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate / CA / ICWA
• SAP GR Certification is preferred
