Job summary

OGIS Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to drive SAP implementation activities from analysis to go-live support. You will deliver FICO solutions aligned with client needs and help improve financial processes.

The role is mid to senior level with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite per week) and standard working hours, focusing on FICO modules and S/4HANA Simple Finance integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.
• Completed at least 1-3 full-cycle external SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO business processes and configuration, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with BIR CAS (Computerized Accounting System) implementation is an advantage.

• Conduct business process analysis, blueprinting, configuration, customization, and testing for SAP FICO implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare design specifications for customized programs and reports.
• Implement Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Cash Management solutions for SAP ERP clients.
• Implement Simple Finance in SAP S/4HANA.
• Facilitate FICO blueprinting sessions and finalize blueprint documentation.
• Conduct integration testing with other SAP modules and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in the validation and finalization of master data and beginning balances.
• Prepare FICO user and configuration manuals.
• Conduct key-user and end-user training.
• Provide onsite go-live support and overall client management.

Job description

The SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for SAP implementation activities, from business process analysis and blueprinting through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
