Job summary

GCash, the leading FinTech in the Philippines, is looking for a SAP FI/CO specialist to optimize GL, AP, and AR processes. You will design WRICEF solutions, integrate data from payment gateways, and guide finance stakeholders through blueprinting, SIT, and UAT. Training and documentation will empower the Finance team to use SAP effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP FI/CO sub-modules (GL, AP, AR).
• Design functional specs for WRICEF developments focusing on FI/CO and reconciliation between Wallet Ops and SAP.
• Support high-volume data integration ensuring daily transactional data from gateways flows into SAP without errors.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO sub-modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Design functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF), focusing on FI/CO solutions and reconciliation tools between Wallet Operations and SAP.
• Support high-volume data integration, ensuring daily transactional data from payment gateways and digital wallets flows into SAP without errors or data loss.
• Lead business blueprinting workshops to gather requirements from finance stakeholders and map them to standard SAP best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis for complex financial discrepancies or interface failures.
• Optimize the Month-End Closing, automating manual entries and recurring tasks to ensure a faster and more accurate financial close.
• Conduct SIT and facilitate UAT, ensuring all financial logic meets audit and compliance standards.
• Provide end-user training and create detailed functional documentation to empower the Finance team to better utilize SAP solutions.
