Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP Finance configuration experience (GL, AP, AR, FI-CO) and strong troubleshooting.
• End-to-end Finance processes knowledge: reconciliation, close, intercompany.
• Practical SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and customization.
• SAP Certifications in Finance or S/4HANA.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and support of SAP Finance solutions, leveraging deep expertise in FI, Fixed Assets, Banking, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), reconciliation, and Intercompany processes to deliver stable, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet client needs.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in solution design and implementation, leading troubleshooting, enhancements, testing, reporting, integrations, training, and continuous improvement while collaborating with business and technical teams to optimize Finance, banking, reconciliation, and Intercompany capabilities.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Extensive hands-on SAP Finance (FI) configuration experience, with expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), Intercompany, FI-CO integration, and advanced troubleshooting.
• SAP Process knowledge: Experience with end-to-end Finance processes and workflows, including banking and payments, reconciliation, financial close, complex intercompany transactions and eliminations, testing, reporting, security, and integration across SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and customization, including enhancements, analytics, testing, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and process optimization across different client environments.
• SAP Certifications: Holder of relevant SAP Finance or SAP S/4HANA certifications.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• SAP Finance & Treasury Expertise: Experience with Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Bank Account Management, SAP TRM, bank connectivity, payment processes, and multiple bank statement formats.
• Intercompany & Financial Close: Experience with complex intercompany reconciliation, eliminations, financial consolidation, SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, data migration, and financial close automation.
• Analytics & Integration: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, SAP Fiori, AWS Data Lake, SAP on AWS, and Finance reporting integrations.
• Governance & Automation: Knowledge of SAP GRC, Finance process automation, RPA, process mining, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Delivery & Leadership: Experience with Agile delivery, incident/root-cause management, training development, project leadership, and team management.
