Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an SAP FI specialist to provide day-to-day support to local Finance users and resolve business/process issues.

You will liaise with CKUs, SMEs and IT, translating business needs into SAP requirements, supporting projects, upgrades, testing and user acceptance. You will train Finance users, maintain documentation, and promote SAP standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP FI experience in a key-user/super-user/support role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business users and IT.
• Understanding of SAP FI processes, testing, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide day-to-day SAP FI support to local Finance users and resolve business/process-related issues.

Act as the local Finance/SAP liaison with Central Key Users (CKUs), SMEs, and IT, translating business needs into SAP requirements.

Support SAP projects, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements through testing, validation, and user acceptance.

Train and guide Finance users, maintain process documentation, and promote SAP standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

4-5 years of relevant experience with hands-on SAP FI experience, preferably in a key-user, super-user, or SAP support role.

Good understanding of SAP FI processes, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, support testing, and identify process improvements.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, SMEs, CKUs & IT.

Must/Nice to Have:

Hands-on SAP FI as Key User, Super User, or support role.

Finance operational + SAP Functional experience (testing, UAT, upgrades or system changes)
