Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Client Project Manager to lead concurrent client projects classified as standard and to interface with stakeholders from concept to handover to operations.

The role involves managing budgets, timelines, quality criteria, and client satisfaction; pre-sales input; cross-team coordination; and development on complex initiatives, including SAP implementations. Hybrid working arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP project implementations.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
• Contributes to the pre-sales process by providing proposals.
• Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and foster collaboration
• Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Performs any other related task as required.
