Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Associate Client Project Manager to lead standard client projects and assist in larger initiatives. You will interface with stakeholders from concept to implementation and handover to Operations, with opportunities to work on client sites in a hybrid environment.

You will support pre-sales with proposals, monitor scope, timeline and budget, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, risk management and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and/or project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• ITIL certification beneficial.
• Basic entry-level project management experience.
• Proven client engagement experience.
• Basic understanding of the project life cycle.
• Ability to balance alternatives against business and financial constraints.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to move projects from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to pre-sales by providing proposals.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, budget and schedule, while achieving quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and escalations.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle and deliverables to meet timelines.
• Plan, coordinate, manage risks and ensure quality throughout the project.
