Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a SAP ABAP - Consultant for Makati with a hybrid work setup (3x onsite per week). The role targets candidates with 5–7 years of IT experience in SAP and strong ABAP skills including CDS, OData, RESTful ABAP and WRICEF delivery.

Responsibilities include offshore development support, onshore coordination when needed, and delivering RICEFW components while ensuring design conformance. Excellent communication is required.

• Reports to the Offshore Technical Manager.
• Responsible for the delivery of work assigned to them and work coordinated with their functional stake holders during build and testing.
• Work closely with work stream functional consultants, solution engineers and solution experts in resolving issues raised and ensuring developed IT solutions are compliant with design/requirements
• Able to estimate and contribute to the requirement analysis, design, build and test of RICEFW (Reports Conversion Enhancements Forms and Workflows)

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Role Responsibilities:

Requirement:

• Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC
• Scope, requirement management and development experience in S/4HANA WRICEF Implementation, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation
• Clean Core Mindset and Experience
• Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
• Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk)
• Good on Core ABAP RICEFW

Must-Have Certifications

• Certification in SAP BTP Extension Suite (Desired)

Experience & Background

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
• 5 to 7 years of IT industry experience in SAP domain.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Have strong analytical and logical skills
