Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a software professional in Cebu City to contribute to secure, end-to-end software development. You will implement design, development, testing and documentation, ensuring quality across the lifecycle and collaborating with QA and testers.

The role emphasizes addressing defects, performance issues, and ensuring maintainability through proper documentation and transitions to testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow security coding practices to ensure the application is free of vulnerabilities using code reviews as validation.
• Inform the technical architect and project manager of issues that may impact the project.
• Participate in transitions of the application or technical components to testers.
• Fix defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
• Document the application to facilitate maintenance.
• Design, develop and configure software systems to meet market or client requirements end-to-end through analysis, design, implementation, QA, delivery and maintenance.
• Participate in integration testing.

Job description

Follow security coding practices to ensure the application is free of common coding vulnerabilities using code reviews as further validation.

Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may impact the project.

Participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the testers.

Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.

Document the application to facilitate maintenance.

Design, develop and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from Analysis, Design Implementation, Quality Assurance (include Testing) to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.

Participate in Integration Testing.
