You will partner with global finance teams, own demand management, and optimize global finance processes.

You will lead a team of 4–5 and guide end-to-end SAP transformations, ensure governance, and deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with global standards.

Qualifications

• CA, CMA, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance) qualifications.
• 6–10 years of SAP CO Consulting, Finance Transformation or Controlling.
• Experience leading a 4–5 member team is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Controlling expertise and integration with FI/MM/SD/PP/PS.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Controllers, Finance Stakeholders, and SAP CO CoE.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution discussions, and demand management.
• Drive Controlling process improvements across MTS, MTO, ETO, Services, and Software.
• Deliver training, SOPs, and playbooks for the global controlling community.
• Ensure compliance with governance, controls, and organizational policies.
